One star as generic number and can't contact

Honestly not sure what this place is. I might?ve been in the right shop. There were shelves. Maybe some parts? Or boxes. One guy said ?alternator? and I said ?yeah definitely? but I don?t know what that is.
I handed someone my phone and they disappeared, then came back with a bag. I thanked them. I think I paid? Or maybe I already did online. I don?t know.
There was a smell. Not a bad smell. Just? industrial. Could?ve been oil. Could?ve been confidence.
Got home, opened the box ? no idea what it is. Might be for a car. Might be a very aggressive toaster part.
3 stars just in case it all made sense and I?m the problem.

Great service, staff are friendly, very informative and happy to help. Was looking for window wipers that were hard to find was thinking id have to go to the Renualt dealer but Euro car parts had exaxtly what i needed and at a good price.
