Absolutely horrible service.Was completely dooped into singing a contract for a sim when all i wanted was a replacement.The lady manager was extremely dishonest and completely changed her story several times during interaction (another female EE employee was in witness of this). Just from one person to another, i genuinely couldn't believe how twisted and manipulative this woman was being.I rang the helpline and a lady from newcastle was extremely helpful and was able to see from previous notes/calls that i was tricked and she cancelled the contract for me. Lovey lady!Shame about the derry shop manager, she is giving EE mobile a bad reputation. I hope noone else has a similar experience.
