The store itself is well laid out and staff very helpful
My review is purely based on the toilet facilities at 3pm 23 June
There was no toilet tissue in either of the ladies cubicles
The nappy changing toilet was a health hazard. There was no evidence of a facility check by staff.
Was reported to floor staff.
Very disappointed

Lovely shop with a great range of products. Good for sawing, knitting kitchen products and much more. Good coffee and sandwiches too.

If I could give it a zero. I would. I am a regular customer to the derry store and have bought many items down through the years and recently have spent alot of money on stuff for my new house. I tried to return items last week and the way I was spoken to by a staff member was unacceptable. I wrote a review on dunelm but they have removed it. One item had parts missing and they refused to replace it. I would not recommend this store

I called into Dunelm in Derry Today 22/10/24 on the Buncrana Road.
A 'Can i help you' guy called Ultan met me on my arrival.
I was very impressed with his manner, friendliness, positive vibe and personable attitude towards his job and me. He really made my day and I just wanted to pass on my pleasant experience among meeting this young man at your store today. Mura

Bought 2 rugs yesterday. Noel was extremely helpful and helped with deciding what size I needed and carried rugs to check out. A young man with dark curly hair carried helped me to carry them to the car.

Fantastic store, well laid out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady in the curtain department was especially patient when I was trying to sort out curtains. The afternoon stuff in the cafe are lovely and friendly. Unfortunately the younger members of staff in the cafe are sullen and rude
