My wife and I like going to Derry/Londonderry for a weekend break and stay at the premier Inn and right beside it is Craig's. It's great to see a local business competitive with the big players and Craig's certainly fits that criteria. It's a well stocked shop with goods from local businesses, very friendly staff and very competitive prices. I would highly recommend this store.

another company robbing us at the pumps. Hiked the prices after USA bombed Iran on the expectation of war and then prices PLUMMETED by over 10%. should be illegal to hike prices on fuel that's already in the country

Almost always at least a 20 minute queue for the hot food and it's not all that great and normal items seem to be well overpriced compared to other shops

An enormous thanks to Mary and her team who catered the food for my sons 40th and my grandsons 18th. Mary and her team stayed late on Saturday 15th March to ensure the food was piping hot and at its best. That is sheer dedication and pure professionalism. All the food was clingfilmed and tin foil wrapped so all I had to do was transfer it to my hot chafers. The menu was chicken curry, rice, chilli beef nachos, lasagne, vol au vents, salt and chilli chicken, caesar salad, chicken bites, cocktail sausages, chicken goujons, chips, chicken and mushroom bake, a whole salmon and mini desserts. Catering was for 40 to 50 people. Mary and her team excelled themselves and allowed me to have a stress free evening as a result. I shall be recommending them to everyone, as the quality of produce and food was superb. Thank you so much to Mary and her team. I will be forever indebted to you all. Jacqui

I visited your shop with my prized pet chicken?sally ?and all I wanted was some barley soup mix to feed her..?and one of your staff said to me at the counter we ain?t allowed to serve food?looking over at the hot deli counter in aaaawe?.i put my chicken down on the ground ,and we chuckled at the COLD QUICHE ,anyway ,I put down a £1 on the counter and waffed off to my truck?.c,mon sally??..nice place yous have?smile ahit more ?life?s a hedgehog ? trying to cross a busy street??

I have to recommend Craig's on crescent link for the excellent service, professional service, fantastic variety of salads and most of all the value for money. I travel every day just to get our lunch. keep up the great work. 10 out of 10 for service. rating is saying 3.5 I give it 5 out of 5.

Requested an email address for a manager on your Facebook page as i didn't want to complain publicly, the message was opened but no reply so?My stepdaughter doesn't take veg/meat on her Sunday dinner, the price at craigs changes depending on who you get, normally between £2 or £3 for mash, roasties, yorkshire puddings and gravy. On Sunday (20/08/23) she was charged £7.95 (picture included), the same prices as a full Sunday roast, which by the way in itself was really disappointing.It?s hard to support local when you feel like you are getting ripped off. Some of the old hands are a credit to the store but tbh a lot of the time the portions being handed out are miserable and its not cheap either.
