I came for coffee with my wife. She left her Costa coffee card Down to be swiped. It wasn?t and then server said it was too late. This has happened on at least three occasions. I find the servers generally are pretty disinterested in their costumers, often forgetting hot milk for an Americano. I notice there seems to be a big turnover in staff.

Spacious coffee shop, but the decorating is lifeless. Been here about 3 times and the coffee is very average, with a high-end price tag! Additionally, I?ve had my drink prepared incorrectly before and was unable to receive anything from Costa without a loyalty card.Parking: Large parking lot out front for the entire Lisnagelvin Shopping Centre.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible on a flat surface (small steepish slope upon entry to the shopping centre) - walkway down side of shopping centre which is ideal (passes the car park)

I feel the lighting could be better, which would create a better atmosphere. There was no warmth about the place and I can honestly say it would not be my 1st place of call for coffee with my friends. I like a warm friendly atmosphere and sadly it was missing here.

Has got a bit better ...but had problems with my drinks and my complaints were dismissed.....I reported to their head office who never responded back....I was basically told by the manager "!do what you want"

I hate to give a negative review but, the girl serving did her best. The wait for 2 very inferior hot chocolates wasn't worth it. If they offer marshmallows it shouldn't be jumbo ones and only 2 at that at 60p for 2. Plus a 20min wait, sorry wasn't impressed

Have just returned from our local costa at lisnagelvin shopping centre. Went in and every table had dirty cups and food still lying on them. To sit down we had to move trays with dirty dishes to another table. The serving staff were lovely but seriously not aware of the look the place is giving to customers. There was a member of staff on a break and then one of the 2 serving staff went and joined him leaving one girl to serve on her own. Total disgrace how dirty the place was

My favourite place for coffee with family and friends. Great selection of drinks, food and it has a calm atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful and i can relax, have a chat and enjoy my coffee after a busy shop or just when i feel the need of some me time, thankyou CostaVegetarian options: If you ask staff, they can cater for vegetarians or vegansKid-friendliness: Good wide spaces around tables, supply high chairs, ideal for prams etc and toiletsParking: There is extensive car parking just outsideWheelchair accessibility: All areas are wheelchair friendly, with no obstacles to impede a wheelchair user.
