Costa coffee tastes like coffeè?

Very helpful staff, checking ingredients in their big blue folder. My daughter has a severe reaction to citrus fruits, not an allergy as such. We usually have 2 different sandwiches and share. I was trying something new - chicken flatbread - but as not 100% sure of what was in the Chilli Jam she didn't risk it. The flatbread was delicious. My daughter stuck to something she knew.
Parking: There are plenty of spaces in Foyleside multi-storey car park.

What horrible staff. Came to costa with a new born baby. Spent over £30 between me and my family and was refused some boiling water to feed my newborn. Was told I need to buy a tea in order to get boiling water to feed my baby. As someone who has previously worked for costa I know this is not true and you can get water to feed you baby. The staff were very rude and sharp with me and family and I had to take my baby to another shop it get some water to feed them. Absolutely ridiculous and rude how we were treated. Definitely not a family friendly place.

We quickly got our coffee. Nice and friendly service. The seating is very bad. Dirty and worn out.

I came for coffee with my wife. She left her Costa coffee card Down to be swiped. It wasn?t and then server said it was too late. This has happened on at least three occasions. I find the servers generally are pretty disinterested in their costumers, often forgetting hot milk for an Americano. I notice there seems to be a big turnover in staff.

Cafetaria in het midden van een shoppingcenter in Londonderry. Vriendelijke en vlotte bediening ? was nog vroeg en er was nog niet veel volk aanwezig. Kop koffie viel nogal groot uit ? was medium. Enkel medium of large was de keuze?
