One of the best second-hand stores I know. Everything I?ve bought from here hasn?t showed signs of wearing for years. The store grades items from A to C, letting you know the quality of the product before buying it. I?ve bought various electronics like SATA SSDs to a PS5 controller. I definitely recommend this store if you?d like new, cheaper games or even movies to watch with the family.

Bought a PS2 yesterday. Doesn't play any games. Rather than just plug it in see it doesn't work and give me a different one they told me to come back in half hour for a warranty test. I shouldn't have to waste my time doing that I bought faulty untested goods. Please check in with the staff responsible for selling faulty untested goods.
Not happy. Would understand if it was a few months ago but it was yesterday.

handy wee shop to have in the town, you get some rly good deals on tech in cex if you don?t want to bother with the likes of ebay or marketplace etc, sometimes the prices are even better than those as well with competitive products! i?ve bought all sorts from dvds to airpods/steam deck in cex and am yet to be disappointed with a purchase so I will continue to shop with them (the store in derry isn?t very large but they still have a decent in-store collection)

Last week I bought a Gameboy Advance. The screen stopped working two days after, so earlier today I brought it back to see if I could get it repaired through the warranty. They barely took one look at it and told me they can't fix it. Don't offer a warranty if you're not going to follow through with it!

They where disrespectful and rude about me bringing items in without a charger. I bought this items 6 months ago from them without a charger. With that the place looks like it has not been cleaned for months. last time being there

Derry CEX is a complete joke , left a Samsung Watch 5 to trade in today told me 2 hours thought it was abit long but I came back after 2 hours still wasn't looked at . They told me it would take another 45 minutes . Staff seem to be wandering around aimlessly without anything to do. Came back after 45 minutes queued up waiting patiently was told there was a code on the watch and they couldn't look at it. I feel the fact that it wasn't charged they could have asked me is there code to get into it from the start. Poor management staff are not trained properly. This store needs new management.

Ordered a game disc. Huge package arrived. Original box with booklets etc. See through case. NO DISC. How can a company put so much effort into packaging and forget to include the disc?
