Extremely disappointed.Manager has horrendous customer skills, assumed we'd accept damaged good, tried to give us the wrong floor and tried to overcharge us.Gareth was our initial point of contact, he was very helpful, polite and friendly. Got our floor ordered and paid for, £1300 worth, due in 7-10 days.2.5 weeks later, no update.Rang and got Eimear (surprisingly this is the manager) who was less than helpful, very rude, very inconsiderate and couldn't care less.Informed us our floor had arrived but "2 boxes have arrived damaged, but sure it's only the ends"Didn't ask us if we would want to see the damage to consider working with them, getting them replaced or cancelling our order.Just assumed we'd accept 2 boxes of damaged floor in a £1300 order.Informed her we weren't happy about this and wanted the 2 boxes replaced.When asked for an update on the 2 replacement boxes we got responses along the lines of "I dont know where they are" "I don't know when they'll be here" "well what do you want me to do" "well Gareth is off".Considering this is the manager, she needs to go on a course for her customer skills because hers are non-existent.We arrived down to collect the floor, only for it to be completely wrong.We had ordered 12mm wide board flooring and they tried to give us 12mm normal laminate.It was about 3" narrower than the floor we had ordered.So basically we ordered the more expensive flooring and they tried to give us the cheaper flooring.Needless to say we asked for a full refund, the employee who helped us with that was very understanding and helpful.We went to Ryan Cut Price Carpet, they were fantastic from the second we walked in the door, got us sorted there and then, and for about £500 less too.

Won't be shopping anywhere else for floor's, browsed around for the best price on wooden floor for my hall and the carpet centre were best by far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the fitter (also really friendly) did an amazing job.. showed up on time and got it done fast and to a high standard. Great place ?

Arrived in store for a browse as had no measurements. The guy in store was super friendly, approaching us a few times asking us if we were okay or needed help. He could tell what measurements we were looking for just by a picture of the stairs. When we expressed our interest in a patterned carpet, he told us a price, then advised that he had an end roll that would also fit and save us £60. Thanks!
