Terrible service experienced today.
Called for advice from the pharmacist regarding my autistic son.
Explained everything to the boy behind the counter who advised me he would get the pharmacist. The boy behind the counter came back and explained id be waiting for 10 minutes to be seen, with no explanation for the wait, despite me being the only person at the counter waiting to be seen. I could clearly see the pharmacist standing behind the counter, who didnt even acknowledge me. Extremely rude and had to go elsewhere

At every visit to this store. The staff are so helpful and kind. They move out of your way to let you past and at the till point. Whoever is on always asks if I need a hand out to car with my groceries.. I really think they deserve a mention.. As I don't experience high customer service any where else. Great service thank you so much

I wouldn't even give it one star. I was in with my 6 year old on boxing day when she had to go to the toilet. I asked the pharmacist could she use the toilet, my daughter was dancing in front of her She had to go that bad. She replied no we don't have a toilet. This is disgraceful. For this reason I will never be back .
