Went into Boots, Crescent Link. this morning to have some photos printed off my phone. Never having done this before I relied on the staff to help me. I had the good fortune to meet two lovely girls who helped me through the process with patience and knowledge and explained the various steps necessary. They are a credit to your organisation and certainly make me want to continue using your store for all my needs in the future as you contain many different products I would be interested in.

Always a long queue at the pharmacy, usually only one member of staff on! More staff needed to reduce queue

Only thing that dot to me was the two young members of staff talking at toll point. As most pay points where those self service ones. And no help nor did they ask if I was paying by card or cash. And I didn't notice until I payed that in was at a card machine..and their was only one cash machine out of about 5 which is bad. And it wasn't until I looked at them that one of the the girls came to help me and take me to the maned checkout. Very annoyed just at till point all because it was young girls.

The staff at boots crescent link are the most sensitive, caring, understanding, peaple always willing to help, listen, and by far the best pharmacy and opticians in Derry, as for pharmacy wise lovely pharmacists, and pharmacy assistants always helpful, as a palliative care patient I couldn't as for a better group of people, JohnPaul Smith ?
