I was seen very quickly it was a pairs apt and Paula was really professional and friendly, she checked everything and made me feel at ease leaving with no worries about the health of my eyes as I was worried.

I asked for my lenses to be thinned down. It wasn't explained that there are different levels of thinning. I was apparently given to first level, leaving my glasses looking thick and feeling heavy even though it states on my script thinning and light. The lenses sit out of the frames. It's my first visit to Boots opticians and am deeply disappointed. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful but I feel they need to explain things more clearly. I now have to pay another £105 to have my lenses thinned further.
