I was at Fosters tyres at their new White Mountain site. I can't say enough these are a great bunch of guys. They are great at their job and will give time for any role tyre kicker.

The mechanic who worked on our vehicle deserves 5 stars as does the office mamager who tried to do the right thing! As for the owner of the business, he initially comes across as an honest man trying to do his best in a cut throat world. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS RUDE, ABNOXIOUS, ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING, DISHONEST "BUSINESS MAN" Not only was he rude to his customers he was very rude to his staff in front of his customers. He was bad mouthing his previous customer to us when we were unhappy with the total bill presented. He told us that he was "sick of dealing with the public" and that he was a "great fella until the bill was produced". We were charged £155 PLUS VAT ON THE TOTAL OVER THE HIGHEST ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB DONE. Warranty company authorised payment for the initial quote and in fact were paying out £40 more. He then said that the vehicle was not leaving the yard until he had all his money paid in full. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Most rude and ignorant staff especially the owner, was told fxxk off and get out of the yard when he decided to present an invoice for £45.00 for a young who seemed actually to know more about what was wrong with my car for all of the 5 minutes he looked over it, stay away from these people..
