Seriously I'm sorry but this is an absolute rip off, battery for a car key £20 watch battery £20 door key looking £25 yale are only charging £17 it's a piece of cut metal no wonder no one ever at it.like others have said i found small man was rude when I wasn't buying

go all the time to lisburn store do amazing job get keys cut and my watch and car battery changed. Guys are great and do great job.

Very bad service. Charged 12£ for a small lithium battery which is not working. He is bit rude. Pls be careful

The soles had come off a pair of summer shoes. The gentleman behind the counter said he would glue them back on. He advised that it may not work. He didn't charge me, he said it was only glue. Lovely chap.All good so far. Thanks.

Terrible, the small man behind the counter as much as called me a liar ,I googled clock repairs and it brought up this place . He informed me it couldn't have & got his phone out and he said it didn't come up on his phone . He was so rude and the shop was the 4th one down. He totally embarrassed me. I would never use this again. He was on the phone and the conversation was obviously with a man about locked keys of a car , he was so rude to him too.

Started out as a stressful day when i got my car keys wet and they wouldn't start my car. I brought them into Timpson Lisburn tescos and they cleaned and dried them out, free of charge!!! Great customer service and keys working fine now thanks so much ??

Discussed with the member of staff steward he told me his name was. I lined up today 27-12-21 with one year old I had two watches one needed a new battery and the second need a link taken off plus I needed a key cut. When I told the staff member what I needed he laughed in my face and told me couldn't I fix the watches myself I was ride in the manner he spoke to me on shock I told him I tried to do the work myself but couldn't again he laughed and told me "we charge over £8 a watch you know" I told him I understand and I'm willing to pay that price. If this is how timpsons staff are aloud to speak to the public is a discace!
