Phoned Bow Street Mall branch to enquire how much it would cost to change a battery in a Pulsar watch. The gentleman told me £13.95 one off payment of £19.95 for unlimited. I went to the branch at Bentrim Street Tesco only to be charged £19.95, I queried this only to be told I was given incorrect information. How can 2 branches that within miles of each other have such gaps in prices. Not very happy.

Got 3 keys cut recently... One was a tricky key which had to be ordered in. I received great help and service from Bradley(?)I would definitely recommend Timpsons.

Got keys cut, some of them wasn't working properly so took them back and after a slight adjustment by the owner of the shop all of them are working perfectly. Thank you
