I was stuck in traffic and arrived late as the store was shutting to collect my wifi. Thankfully, Sarah kept the store open for me and sorted out my order after the shop was supposed to have shut. Excellent customer service

Ben in lisburn store - 26/10/24 - called in to see if they could help with an issue on my Mother in laws phone she hadnt had any service for weeks, spoke to Ben who sorted the problem straight away and he explained what the problem had been. The team in this store never fail to amaze me. I went in with a problem I didn't know how to solve and Daniel and Mark fixed it within minutes PLUS were able to provide a unexpected little extra on my contract! Thanks again guys!

I HAVE to recommend these guys!I am not at all technically astute and went into Bow Street branch with lots of questions and confusions about running two SIM cards for to separate countries.Daniel, in particular, was brilliant at sorting everything out and explaining how to avoid unwanted (or needed) Roaming Charges. Knowledgeable, polite, professional and above all patient.Advised me on a great tariff too. Very grateful!

Went in after a recommendation from my brother and I wasn't disappointed! Received fantastic service from Emma and Sarah. They were busy when I went in but I was greeted very quickly by Sarah and invited to take a seat and they would be with me shortly and I wasn't waiting very long before Emma could serve me. Got a fantastic deal along with amazing service from them both and for that I left the network provider I have been with for an extremely long time. Took some time for all my stuff to transfer over but the girls were happy to stay even though it got to closing time. Even after close when my stuff transferred over Emma made sure that I checked my new phone and was happy that everything was over before I left. As I was leaving they told me if I had any problems or needed anything to not hesitate to come back into them. They were a credit to Three and you could tell they loved their jobs and happy to help in any way they can. Can't thank them enough and I am delighted with my purchase and deal
