If I could give it 0 stars I would. The cafe is clearly understaffed and managed poorly. For the price, you are better off eating fast food. The food was inedible, sitting out for hours clearly. The kids and myself had to get something else to eat when we left.
Spoke to the manager, Nicole, who offered nothing but stated I should have told her earlier so she could have fixed our meals, not taking into account that replacing a bad meal with anithyvad meal isn't real worth it. A refund would have been better.
Food was dry, Old, and not worth a quarter of the price.

Had a little trip to Dobbies today. It?s a lovely store lots to see and do. How ever we had a very embarrassing situation in the soft play area. As we were finishing our meal in we were asked to leave four times, as our ?time was up? we had to leave our half eaten meal as it was too awkward to finish. It wasn?t cheap either. I was approached by another customer in the bathroom who witnessed our quick exit, she began to tell me how she had the same unyielding and abrupt treatment. I felt sorry for her as she had two kids with her, who obviously loved the place.

Just been to dobbies in Lisburn, so underwhelmed by the restaurant, I had a fish finger sandwich, bread was cheap (not like it used to be), and 3 of the tiniest fish fingers at a cost of £9.25 , a small bit of salad/coleslaw, previously used to get crisps as well, I also had a medium cappuccino (only 1/2 cup so it went back to be topped up, also restaurant cleaning a lot to be desired, we were in for about 40 mins with tables full of crockery to be collected, girl came out after 30 mins and collected some, lots still sitting there, not a good experience at all. I am a card member but am questioning on whether to renew. Get your act together dobbies.

A coach party of 29 of us called at Dobbies Lisburn for coffee and scones on Saturday 7th June. We were served quickly and efficiently by pleasant staff. Lovely scones still warm from the oven and good tea and coffee. Everything was very clean. We went on our way satisfied. An excellent experience.

Called today for a coffee .Scones where dry but more importantly the coffee was spilled down the outside of my cup and the tea cups and saucers provided where dirty and stained .I swopped for others.I asked for a tray and was told to take the one that cups had been on which was also stained .Was disappointed with the overall cleanliness

dreadful food in cafe. cooked food was cold & greasy. I observed 2 customers sending food back.. not very busy but service slowtoilets not clean & smelly. brought my mum & daughter for lunch & to buy some plants. too expensive. won't be returning. cathie

I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the disgraceful treatment my family and I received at Dobbies Lisburn. Despite being loyal customers, we were treated rudely and unfairly by the staff during our recent visit.
Not only were we publicly confronted for a simple misunderstanding regarding food consumption, but the staff's authoritarian attitude and lack of empathy left us feeling humiliated and belittled. It was a shocking display of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction.
Upon informing the store manager and customer service team about the issue, we were assured that they would follow up promptly. However, after two weeks, there has been no update or improvement in the situation. It's clear that their claim of taking customer feedback seriously is nothing but lip service.
Such disregard for customer experience is unacceptable, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Dobbies Lisburn to anyone. It's disheartening to see a business prioritize profit over basic decency and respect for its patrons.
There are numerous other options for garden centres, I strongly urge everyone else to avoid this terrible place and seek out alternatives for their needs.

There are not enough staff serving in the restaurant.It takes ages to be served.There is one person serving breakfast,one person serving drinks and one on the till .Sometimes no one is on the till and have to wait until a staff member is free to take payment.There used to be 4 staff serving food and drink alone.IT IS NOT THE STAFFS FAULT as they are run off their feet , I suppose it's company cutbacks.We are regular visitors to the restaurant for breakfast,but wontbe going back again as it is just too long a wait.

It's OK and not my cup of tea. Yes, there is a good variety of products, though on the rare occasions I drop in. It doesn't tend to have what I'm looking for. We did get scammed by the loyalty card system a couple of years ago, which hasn't helped

Live visiting here. Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants and most things that you would want to use in garden. Nice restaurant also.

Love going to Dobbies. I was in Dobbies on Sunday the shop was going through a change in the shop moving things about. There was isles I couldn't go down . Toilets were not clean and did not smell great
