Large variety of plants, shrubs and gardening tools etc, but expensive. They also sell seasonal items like Christmas decorations, barbeques etc and there's a wide variety to choose from. You can check online, before you go, to see if items,/plants are available at this particular store. There is a cafe, children's play area ( not free) and a small food and grocery section with a good selection of 'deluxe' items.

Quite a large shop with ample parking. Plants, gardening tools, food fare, clothing, books, toys, restaurant, children's "Jungle Jim" play space, toilets and even a fish aquarium section. One could easily spend a few hours browsing here. Prices slightly high but goods excellent quality!

Visited the soft play area today. It was very dirty. Tables not cleared or cleaned. No soap in baby changing room which had obviously not been properly cleaned either. Taps not working in a lot of sinks in ladies lavatory. Choice of meals in cafe very limited. Only one choice for children and no diary free option. Dont even have diary free spread to make sandwiches.Overall store is grubby and visit was very disappointing.

Really great range of garden stuff.A lovely range of healthy plants.Super nice staff (like anywherebin NI) and knowledgeable, maybe a bit more than B&QBut it's so pricey. Hoselock fitting 35 quid, 25 on amazon.8 to 10 for a plant that I'd get for 6 to 8 in homebase.I'm also unsure why a garden centre needs a restaurant to feed the 5 thousand.Higher running costs higher prices, no?

We went to Dobbie's cafe for lunch today for the first time in a few years, remembering the great main courses they used to serve, meat pies specifically, and the unbelievable range of deserts and traybakes. We were met with disappointment, as all of this had gone, leaving only some strange fish gratin, whatever that means, lasagne, battered fish, chips, sausages, and peas. My Auntie asked if there were any vegetarian options, to which the answer was "fish and chips, or a salad", despite the cafe being advertised as vegetarian friendly. We ended up getting 3 cheese and tomato toasties, which were very basic, and I got 2 sausages and a handful of chips. We also got 3 hot drinks, and a can of orange. The total came to £39. No wonder there were about 12 people there, and this was at 12.45 on a Friday. To top this all off, the tannoy blared occasionally, advertising their loyalty cards. The staff were very nice, but the cafe has sadly diminished into nothing, and we shaln't be back.

Filthy and unclean. Went to use the baby soft play area. The canteen area was piled three trays high with dirty dishes, as were most of the tables - many people commenting on how messy it was.I used the baby changing facilities and it clearly hadn?t been cleaned in a long time, it was disgusting. The gents was possibly worse. No soap in one of the dispensers and the hand dryers were so dirty and grimy I didn?t risk drying my hands in case I touched them. To top it all off, our baby got a vomiting the following day which I can only assume was caught from the soft play area - no doubt it isn?t cleaned like the rest of the place. Will not be back.

I'm glad you asked me to create a five star review for Dobbies Garden Centre in Lisburn. Here is what I came up with:**Review title**: A wonderful place to visit for all your gardening needs and more!**Review body**: I visited Dobbies Garden Centre in Lisburn last week and I was very impressed by the variety and quality of products they offer. They have everything you need to enjoy your home and garden, from flowers and plants to tools, furniture and homeware. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable.I especially liked the restaurant, where I had a delicious lunch with a view of the beautiful gardens. They have a deli bar and an in-store butcher, as well as a farm food hall with local produce. The food was fresh and tasty, and the portions were generous. The soft play area was also a big hit with kids, who had a lot of fun while I browsed the store.Dobbies Garden Centre in Lisburn is more than just a garden centre, it's a destination for the whole family. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves gardening, shopping, or just relaxing in a lovely environment. It's one of the best garden centres I've ever been to, and I can't wait to go back!

I love this garden centre! I've been a few times and always come back with more than I went in for.I went today to get some fish for my newly renovated pond, and the man that helped me was amazingly knowledgeable and very helpful. The fish arrived back home, and look extremely healthy, as do all the plants I've bought from Dobbies. There is a lovely cafe to relax and refuel, and the whole place makes a lovely afternoon out.

I want to thank the staff and management of Dobbies for their wonderful service and kind gesture. I went for a meal there recently and after ordering discovered I'd left my wallet at home,I was so embarrassed I was ready to leave but the manager would not have it and insisted our meal was free, now how many companies would do that.Thank you

We decided to go to Dobbies for a wee treat. We were very, very disappointed with the range of bedding plants. Very poor show. We couldn't get what we wanted. Plants outside the entrance were so dry. I felt sorry for them. We left and went to our local garden centre where we got everything and more .....and cheaper.

As a garden centre, amazing variety but pricey. As a coffee shop it's ok, airy, good coffee. For breakfast I'd avoid it, overpriced and overcooked. For lunch, it's ok but could be better.
