I was shopping in Tesco Lisburn this afternoon. I could not find two ice-cream products so asked a young male member of staff. He was so helpful and friendly and very quickly helped me to get what I wanted. His name was Tom and I was very impressed with go-to attitude and nothing was too much bother.

Had an absolutely disgusting experience this evening. Buying alcohol for new year's eve and at the check out this staff members asking my wife for her ID as she isn't looking 25? Although I was there too ? Asked her why she needs to see my wife's ID If I am standing there? she said it doesn't matter as we shop together!!! So if I went with my son they won't even sell me alcohol coz he ain't 25??? After my wife went and got her ID from car we were able to leave !!!! Ridiculous and she was rude too...Tesco should have look at their staff members as the way they treated us today wasn't nice at all !!!!
