I had my house on the market with another agency for 7 mths without movement. I decided to change to T&R and within days my property was on line with far superior photos, which showed the property off to its finest, and I started to attract viewings and within 6 wks the sale was agreed. My only regret was not using T&R in the beginning. The sale went smoothly, no hiccups at all and was completed within 3 mths. Sanijs was amazing, always touching base so I was never left unsure of what was happening. Thanks to Ross too for taking control of the whole sale. Much appreciated guys and thanks for getting the deal done!

Great experience selling through Templeton Robinson?s Lisburn branch. They took all the hassle and faff out of the process for me, delivered lovely photography which contributed to huge interest in my property, managed all viewings so I didn?t have to take time off work, and secured multiple bids above the asking price. First class experience of selling through Templeton Robinson. I had previously viewed properties that Ross was selling so knew that they treated potential buyers well.
