£27 for two average sandwiches and a tea and coffee and the staff were totally unprofessional - I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this place. Needs to be closed down !!

This place is overpriced and has a very limited menu with few breakfast or brunch options. The coffee wasn?t good?probably burnt. The service was okay; no issues there. I won?t be coming back.

Fab wee place , Great offers, they do a Scone with an Tea or Americano Offer for £3.95 untill 11am, i got the Raspberry and white Chocolate scone with the Americano , which tasted delicious and fresh.
My partner got the breakfast offer , he tried the 8 piece breakfast with the tea, it looked amazing.
The Staff and Service was excellent, and the cafe looks amazing now as its only recently been refurbished. Will call in again

Fantastic workers, lovely food, clean shop. Staff workers are wonderful snd very helpful. Definitely will be returning.

Absolutely horrible. Got the 8 piece breakfast. Sausages burnt. Eggs weren't fried. They was deep fried in cooking oil. Bacon burnt. Potato bread was burnt at the edges and hardly cooked in the middle and soda bread was rank too. Partner got the Sausage Bacon and egg soda. Horrible. Paid £20:60. Will never be back.

I would give zero if I could. This place is over priced, dirty and extremely rude staff. The girl who served us coffee with black hair in a plait, glasses and tattoos on her arms was so so rude. It looked like it was an inconvenience to be making coffee, then when we sat down all the members of staff were gathered round talking and laughing at us. Will not be back here again.

The place is dirty. Dirty tables, chairs and benches. Staff member fixing their EXTREMELY LONG HAIR, another rubbing their face then lifting food and the general view is of people not knowing or caring about hygiene. This is NOT what you expect from a food outlet. Table clearer lifted cups etc and wiped crumbs etc onto the floor and seat's right beside me. ? ? ?.

Where do I start. The older lady serving at the top taking money was dry, unhelpful and kinda rude. The tea was like water and they only give you enough milk for 1 cup so you have to go back for more. The staff preparing the food must have had no training in people skills. Won?t be coming back, btw the over priced food def does not reflect the quality or quantity !

So handy to stroll into if peckish when shopping in Bow Street Mall. After ordering, food is brought to one's table which is a nice touch. Service is swift, seating comfortable, atmosphere pleasant and relaxed. One small criticism, the sausage rolls are never hot enough. But then for some uncanny reason, this seems to be a singular problem common to most restaurants and cafes!

Got a 8 piece fry and forgot the beans and a chip the chip came first and it was the scraps of a chip hard bit and then waited 5 mins for the fry and the tea was cold by the time the fry came bad service and very dirty place and prices for the
