Highly recommend Reeds Rain- Lisburn Branch. We have very recently completed our house sale and every part of the process from valuation through to completion itself was handled in a professional, friendly and seamless manner. Simon and Kurtis made sure everything was as personable and stress free as possible. They were always easy to contact and quick to respond to any query. In their absence Tracey from the Lettings department was always kind, helpful and reliable to forward any messages with prompt responses and follow ups from Kurtis.
We felt genuinely valued, not just customers generating business. Even after completion and we had left the keys in to the office Kurtis took the time to follow up ensuring our move had gone smoothly, asking did we need any further assistance and wishing us well for the future in our new home.
We had multiple valuations from various agents and from the first meeting with Simon we had no doubt Reeds Rain would be who we would select. We have had a poor experience in the past with another agent, but on this occasion Reeds rain Lisburn team has exceeded all our expectations.

We recently relocated from England to Lisburn, and Tracey at Reeds Rains made what could have been a stressful move an absolute breeze. From the very start, she was incredible ? always quick to respond (never longer than an hour by email), proactive in keeping everything on track, and completely reliable whenever we had questions.
Tracey worked tirelessly to ensure the whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, and thanks to her dedication we were able to get everything sorted in no time at all. By the time we got our keys, everything was perfectly in order and exactly as promised.
