A true community driven gym. Primal trainers focus on strength but equally on flexibility and range of movement. Members are very supportive and good fun to be around. The coaching and mentoring is first class. Started myself then brought my son along.

Best gym I ever been to. Really good group of members and Pol / Michael (PTs) really know their stuff. Programs change every 6 weeks or so, keeps things interesting. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape.

I've recently joined primal and have to say hands down its the best place to improve your fitness and strength levels. I've learnt more about what my body can achieve in a handful of weeks compared to the months spent at gyms. The guys are constantly there to motivate and teach.
