Great hotel.. always seem understaffed, but the staff they do have are fantastic..... great for location for where I need to be.. but not much locally... menu is limited and burger pushed.

I loved the stay. I visted during winter for my honeymoon and it was a very nice hotel. Although the towels provided weren't very clean and a used condom was still left in the bin in the toilet. Still the staff was super friendly and super helpful and I would definitely book a room here again if I visit Northern Ireland.

We went there in September 2024 for comic con northern inland and the hotel was not far from city centre and it?s located in beautiful peaceful surroundings in north inland county side and room was good size and food was okay and font desk was very clean and helpful

Room & bathroom was immaculate, very clean and fresh. Staff very friendly and helpful at reception. Food in the restaurant very nice also and served with a smile, servers were very pleasant.

No food, terrible WiFi unless you pay to upgrade and have to pay for parking. Better and cheaper elsewhere.

Would recommend. I think there is car parking charges, however I had booked before they came into effect.

Really nice hotel. Stayed in premier plus room which was lovely and clean. Only negative is paying for parking whilst staying at the hotel. Feel as though it should have been included.

Been here over a week for work and I couldn?t be more at ease, staff are fantastic very polite and helpful, like to give a special mention to Pat, excellent customer service and great at his job always happy to help consistently making sure your at ease with your stay.
