“Just had a fantastic experience at the longstone post office with manager Adam, as I approached there was a long queue and I thought I would be there for ages but he very efficiently got through each customer, he was friendly and chatting with each person as he went. Very personable, heard him say, 'you're not usually in on a Wednesday ' it made me smile that he knew his customers so well, but I was not surprised. I was looking advice on changing my name on my driver's license he got me the correct form and talked me through how to send it, he went above and beyond. Will always use this post office going forward as it was such a pleasant experience. He was there again when I returned to post, knew the address for the DVLA off by heart, was very impressive and recommended I send tracked as it would arrived tomorrow before 1pm. Great service would recommend to everyone.”
