Previously good experiences tarred by a phonecall today, where they wouldn?t see my dog due to him not being a patient there. The receptionist had been made aware it was a pretty scary situation with him, and I was actually trying to sort this out from work with my husband at home with him, but the receptionist continuously quoted ?we don?t have his clinical history so we can?t see him.? The dog is usually in good health and there was no clinical history to know. Thanks for adding to an already stressful situation, won?t be darkening the door ever again??

Went today to purchase some food for a dog we have on respite. I asked a member of staff for help and that?s what she did to perfection.
She was so knowledgable and by asking me questions about the dog, knew which brand we needed! You even ran and got me a poop bag holder and bags, when 2 other staff were at the cash point - 1 had just pointed and gave me directions to where they were whilst the other stood and watched our conversation.
Customer service is so important to a successful company and staff retention!

I went in today to get some treats for my darling pooches, and I was served by an absolute gent by the name of Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and a capable salesman. Would reccomend coming here for your pets needs??

Great selection of products, always some good discounts available. Good customer loyalty scheme and you can link it to your preferred charity. Staff are always friendly and very helpful, I like to take my anxious dog here to help expose her to public places.

My purpose of visiting is to get my dog groomed. Might be the best place in Lisburn, affordable too. Aside from that, you can find any kind of food, toys etc... for your pet; any pet.

Vets at pets is incredible. Couldn't recommend enough. The staff and vets are just brilliant. The care they took of my dog was second to none. During my dogs stay they gave me updates on how she was doing and the after care was excellent.The staff in the pet shop here and at thier Craigavon store are also an absolute credit. I especially like the fact that they actually care about your pet and are not constantly trying to upsell products and subscriptions unlike alot of other practices out there.
