I?ve never been a fan of the gym but Connected Fitness is great. There?s a good selection of equipment and classes and great instructors. What I love is that the lights are dimmed for the classes so no more feeling self conscious! The owners are always striving to improve and encourage feedback (whether positive or negative), which is great.

Very happy to have found this gym while trying out a few in the area.I was really impressed with the facilities, particularly the number of squat racks, benches, free weights and additional open space which was lacking in other gyms.There?s a great range of classes for all levels and the staff are very friendly and helpful, can?t recommend enough

Fantastic for all capabilities. I was a bit apprehensive going to the gym as I was quite unfit, but all the trainers were so welcoming and really supportive. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and there?s plenty of craic in the classes, definitely recommend!

Just been to 5.30 spin on Monday. Great class! Havnt been for ages and was made to feel very welcome. Great fun and very friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend this gym.

This is the best gym by a very long way in the Lisburn area. Super clean, always tidy and well organised too. Staff are really friendly and approachable. A varied membership means there are no superstars and show offs making it feel unintimidating perfect for people of all abilities. Excellent range of machines, free weights and classes. Closed on Sundays (which is the perfect excuse for a day off!)

Free car parking. Disabled spaces available and lift access to the first floor.Staff are friendly, polite and approachable. The facility in Lisburn is much better and more modern condition, than the Portadown branch feels. Good variety of machine's available.I would have wished for cleaning spray's and paper rolls to clean the equipment after use. Plus the changing rooms are clean. But the shower cubicle curtains could do with a trip to the washing machine. I also didn't see any TVs in the facility, unlike the Portadown branch.4 star's.
