Got a new pay and go phone for my husband. Was told to go to another store and pay to have it set up as they don't do that and they were very busy. Only went to the O2 shop as I thought they would help. Will go to Curry's in future.

Received exceptional customer service from Marty O?Neill in the Lisburn store. Knowledgeable and patient when explaining steps to upgrading contracts. Had issues online when trying to transfer mobile number to the new contract so returned to the store the following day and Marty was more than happy to help again and guide us through the process. Deserves to be in a senior position based on knowledge and service.

Highly disappointed with the service in this store today! Had to return this morning after spending an hour the day before upgrading my phone which has broken. They had forgotten to give me the sim card out of my old phone which meant I had no data, couldn't receive or make calls or send texts. No apology given by the girl who dealt with me for the inconvenience and furthermore, I had not been made aware of the free Fitbit given with the purchase of the phone which I upgraded too!!! I had to enquire about it and was handed a leaflet and told instructions where on the back which are practically unreadable. The girl dealing with me could have cared less and this type of service is unacceptable especially after I had paid so much money to upgrade! Better training of staff and more customer support needed in this store!!?
