Dear McDonald?s, You have Amazing food, NO SAUCE. I ordered dips and I didn?t get any, so I had to eat my food DRY this is a shamble. I?m so disappointed in you McDonald?s. Next time I come here I better end up with my dips, thank you.

Why is the chicken nuggets always cold? , chips is lovely and warm ,,, but the last time I was there i threw my order into the bin since the nuggets were cold , that was last year . Back again today and same thing again , what is going on ??? Stopping serving cold food

Just ordered a burger and fries,whilst waiting for my meal I watched the young girl making up the burgers wipe her nose with the palm of her hand then lift a burger bap from the storage tray and prepare my burger,when I got my meal I asked for the supervisor, she asked what the problem was, when I told her she said oh I will get you another one ,not did I want a refund, so I politely said no thank you please put that burger in the bin

I have to say this franchise is getting better. I've taken the children here a couple of times in the last couple of months and they've got the order correct both times! (Not the case in the past.) As for service, always the same, doesn't matter where you go, it just is. The big question you always get asked when reviewing these things is "what is the atmosphere like?", well its a fast food 'joint'. Is there ever an 'atmosphere'? During the day it's mums and dads bullied in to taking the kids, teenagers hanging out and guys getting a cheeky extra meal in on the QT. And then, at night, the drunks appear. Loud, obnoxious, teetering and hungry. Atmosphere is not something you go to McDonalds for.

25 minute wait for 2 meals and some nuggets is appalling service. Yes it's Christmas eve but in-store orders seem to be ignored in favour of drive thru or deliveries.
