First class from start to finish. Connor and Lauren were excellent to deal with. Came to measure up the area to be carpeted on the same day. Fitted within ten days of visiting the store. Prices are as you'd expect, good value. Fitters did a great job. Highly recommended! I will revisit when I next need carpet!

Recently had a carpet fitted from here. Top of the landings plus a runner down the centre of the stairs. We are very impressed with them. The quality of the carpet is fantastic (including the binding at the edges) and the fitment is perfect. Even the communication at each step of the way was great. We'll definitely be back again

I went in there to pick a carpet for my back room, which I use as a social living room/ dining room. It is a big room and has patio doors. The staff in there were both very helpful. Stuart spoke to us initially, and we said we just wanted to have a browse to see what we liked. After a few minutes, my Son and I went and sought out an assistant to help us. Lauren was very helpful. She helped us look out for colours and advised us of both more expensive and cheaper options. We picked the Wentworth 50 Clevedon colour. We purchased this, plus carpet underlay. Lauren allowed us to borrow the sample while we went to look at paint to paint the room. Lauren could not have been more helpful. We arranged a day for a carpet fitter to come and fit the carpet, and this gives us time to have the room ready. I was pleased with the smooth transaction, and I look forward to having my new carpet fitted. I will happily give a review when this is done. Lauren was an excellent Sales Lady, and absolute pleasure to business with.

Carpet right was closed and we came here - and so glad we did. Anyone shopping here, Conor is absolute life saver which went above and beyond with everything! Never had better experience at any other retailers, thats is my 2nd time leaving reviews in my life, doing it only for really exceptional places and Martin Phillips really qualified. Thank you Conor we really appreciate what you did for us!

Martin Philip's Carpets is our family choice for flooring. The range of flooring products is very good and parking is free, safe and readily accessible for those with disabilities. The staff are very informative and happy to go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want and the prices are good. The fitters are friendly, very good at what they do and most importantly, leave your home clean and tidy. I recommend Martin Philip's for your flooring needs....
