The first visit to the store for some years. Impressed with the improvements to the store including the food section. Surprised that the house furniture is no longer on display.

I had an appalling experience in M&S at Sprucefield, not because of the shop or the staff but the way the management spoke to their staff. I overheard one member of management (brown haired woman unsure of name) berating staff members, I even saw her make a young girl cry. That is ridiculous. This woman seriously needs a talking to.

Received my order 2 x multipack
knickers only to find one pack opened with one pair removed, then very roughly rolled up & stuffed back into the pack. Very poor service, why would someone need to does this then send it out on an oder. Clearly no quality control or supervision.

Lady with blonde bob in lingerie department is extremely rude. Told me that her next bra fitting space was at 230, then told another lady it was at 430, I checked online and there were appointments available all day ( this was at 1130am) Not remotely interested in helping anyone for measurements and was really rude to one of her colleagues and another customer infront of me. Said I would need to get measured over my jumper (not sure how this would be accurate as my jumper was thick) I left feeling really embarrassed at how she spoke to me infront of other customers but the fact that some people waiting actually left says a lot

M&S Food has lovely high quality food and a wide range of clothing. The relatively new M&S at Sprucefield looks nice and fresh. However since the hacking in their system there are still often empty shelves and certain products are not available. They also used to have a lovely bar and food section in the middle that was fabulous for a bite to eat when you're doing youre shopping shame they got rid of it.

M n S food is a nice place .. sometimes the homemade bakery stand is empty, or I have noticed that in the evening all of that department is wasted and binned, which is shocking!

Had excellent service from Julie, in the Underwear department. My mum is in her 90?s and Julie made her experience smooth and what could have been a wasted trip, Julie salvaged and went the extra mile in sorting what was needed. This member of staff deserves a call out, as over several decades, she has served us and always with a smile and so professional. Thank you Julie. You are the main reason we will continue to take mum to M&S for her needs .
