The coffee they served me had bits in it. I complained and they made me a fresh coffee this time with no bits... Coffee was alright, not the best but definitely drinkable.

Took my dad to breakfast a few weeks ago and only getting over the trauma enough now to leave a review.
Avoid this place for hot meals. If that?s considered a good breakfast they?d be best sticking to cereal.
Slow service, lukewarm food and the quality of food was very questionable. How they feel that they can serve this is beyond me. Fatty bacon, cheap breakfast sausage. Cherry tomatoes that were mush. Cold beans and 2 toast with one serving of butter?
Will definitely not be eating here again.

The big fry was just under £10. Sausages delicious, smokey bacon a bit fatty, eggs tasty. Prefer toast done on both sides, but overall would get again

I visit Mand S Sprucefield about once a year and make a point of visiting the main cafe. Every year I order an item of food which I'm Iinformed they don't have and the staff are usually surly to.the point of rudeness. Two young males didn't let me down this year. Oh and a wobbly table(uncleaned too) caused our coffees to spill.
I give up and won't visit this cafe again.

Looking at the previous comments it is quite obvious M&S bosses do not care about their customers. Many are old and likely think no point in complaining. Older staff at payment counter were miserable...or fed up. Coffee was horrible. Portions smaller each time you go.People have no choice so have to go here, sadly. R/cons

On the day I visited the M&S cafe at Sprucefield I was assisted by two lovely, pleasant and friendly women, Maggie and Chloe. Their bright manners and willingness to engage with customers made my morning a very pleasant experience. I would certainly go back next time I'm in the Centre. Thanks, ladies. Well done.

Coffee isn't great, though call in occasionally as it's convenient when shopping in the store. I've noticed over the last few months that the size of the ciabatta bacon role is getting smaller and smaller. To the point today where it arrived and was what I would consider to be no bigger than a canopee. Price remains high, and my wife wasn't impressed by her choice either.Come on, catch yourself on and bring back food at good value and quality.

Nice enough coffee but service was really slow, tables hadn't been cleared or wiped and we were asked about our order 3 times as the server kept forgetting

Really disappointed with M&S return policy on childrens clothes. I brought back a 9-12 month baby girl dress with tags still on and even though there was a 12-18 month size available their customer service would not let me swap it to a bigger size because "its outside the policy return date"
