Arrived to get my tyre fixed this morning to someone that looked like they just rolled out of bed no manners and wasn't helpful whatsoever and by the looks of things has no people skills I took my car elsewhere unfortunately kwikfit couldn't help me on this occasion

Attended Kwik Fit Lisburn today with an urgent tyre repair/replacement. Have seen few places where the entire staff work so hard to such a high standard as this, and the sheer volume of their work was incredible. Particular praise must go to ?Ian? who was running the ship, and while dealing with constant telephone calls and drop in customer interactions he also was utilising every possible minute to work on vehichles and supporting his team?. I don?t think ?Ian? even took time to have a lunch break. It was incredible to watch !! I sincerely hope that ?Ian? and his team are being adequately ?remunerated? for their dedication to their work and customer service because they deserve every penny they work for considering the work load and they are under. All and all a great experience and I salute ?Ian? and the team for their dedication to Kwik Fit, their jobs and all customers? Thanks guys ! .

Went to see these guys on Saturday with a problem i had been experiencing with my car vibrating when i drive at speed. The guys checked my tyres and the balancing and found an issue with the internal foam coming loose (Tesla tyres) and pointed me in the direction of a recall on these tyres and that they could be changed under warranty which i am in the process of doing. The service from these guys and the transparency was top class, they had knowledge of the issue and were able to identify the cause of the problem even before looking but still took the diligence to confirm it. Friendly service and the guys didnt charge for their time, much appreciated.

Called in recently with a flat tyre. Staff were very thorough and helpful.

Sunday 6.00pm: discovered bulge in fns tyre ( pot hole damage).
Sunday 7.00 pm went on line ordered tyre, booked fitting and paid.
Monday 10.00am attended Kwik Fit and had tyre replace. Thorough check of vehicle alignment require additional work. All done and driving home before 11.00am.
No fuss, very polite and efficient.
All round a brilliant service.

Good service would go back. As anyone who knows me will know I'm a very fussy person. The level of care and expertise from Ian at the lisburn branch when fitting my new tyres on my c63s was outstanding. Would highly recommend and will be using Ian again when new tyres are needed. Thank you.

First class service!
I was working in Lisburn miles from home, on my way home just after 5pm my car alerted that I had a puncture, nightmare!
I drove to the store and despite the store closing vin about 10 minutes the team stayed on after closing time to fix my puncture. The fix got me on the road home without the alternative of having to call a recovery truck which could have taken hours.

Very poor customer service!
Everything was an inconvience!
My car was ransacked and left a mess and my alloy on the car was damaged!!!
Clearly not their property so they didnt care!!!

I can only thank Mark and his guys for sorting out a flat tyre for me in a workshop that was already very busy. Nothing was any bother. A very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Kwik Fit Lisburn

I had a great experience at Kwik Fit in Lisburn yesterday, Mark and his team managed to get me back on the road after I hit a pot hole and needed a new tire.
The guys were very helpful and even though they were very busy they managed to fit me in and I didn?t have to wait a long time at all, so I made it to work in decent time.

Got a puncture in my tire, phoned up to be told bring the car up soon as possible they can get me sorted it might be there to 5 but it will be sorted out which I thought happy days, drove the car up, fella with glasses whom was extremely rude told us no one said that and it wouldn?t be done today which I insisted the guy on the phone 100% said it would be done, I had the phone on loud speaker with two other family members who also heard him say it would be done, he then got extremely angry and called me a liar, my brother jumped in & was very calm and just said look the car has been driven up it will be to dangerous to be drove back home as the tire was nearly a flat tire, he then went well see while still being very angry and rude to my brother, we felt extremely uncomfortable sitting there waiting to see if they will fix the tire, 30 minutes later he made some guy fix the tire which we thought great happy days, we drove the car home which then came up on the dash that the air was coming out of the tire they ?apparently fixed? it?s a motability car we got on to motability helpline explained the whole issue, someone came out fixed the tire and basically said Lisburn kwik fit didn?t replace the tire they patched it up which didn?t even patch it up properly, honestly will be the last time I ever come to the Lisburn branch, fellas with glasses thinks he can talk to customers like crap, & went up with a flat tire and came back home with a flat tire which was meant to be fixed, also got called a liar, not called for at all.
