Arrived to get my tyre fixed this morning to someone that looked like they just rolled out of bed no manners and wasn't helpful whatsoever and by the looks of things has no people skills I took my car elsewhere unfortunately kwikfit couldn't help me on this occasion

Attended Kwik Fit Lisburn today with an urgent tyre repair/replacement. Have seen few places where the entire staff work so hard to such a high standard as this, and the sheer volume of their work was incredible. Went to see these guys on Saturday with a problem i had been experiencing with my car vibrating when i drive at speed. The guys checked my tyres and the balancing and found an issue with the internal foam coming loose (Tesla tyres) and pointed me in the direction of a recall on these tyres and that they could be changed... read full comment
