Within 24 hours, Glen found an issue with a front suspension unit that three other guarages had failed identify. Within another 24 hours it was fixed (properly this time) and back on the road. Glen has worked on three of our family vehicles for years. He is an extremely conscientious and diligent mechanic. He does not fit tyres at all so the initial comments are fabricated.
