I am on a four month cycle tour of the British Isles and needed to repair a component on my bike. Gavin was in the shop and he immediately offered to help me. I was delighted and within a few minutes and a pleasant conversation I was on my way. He even offered to look after my bike while I got a coffee. I was delighted by his positive energy as well as his expertise.

Kids MTB fixed ?
The chain was continually coming off my son's 20in MTB - much frustration!!! After a few options were talked through and quotes given their mechanic reckoned a new chain ring would do the job. Spot on - did a downhill with it and the bike went perfectly.

First time dealing with John Hanna's, and I'm very glad I went with them for my first ebike. They have a great range of high quality ebikes, and are competetively priced. Gavin was great help throughout advising me on different models, warranties, cycle to work schemes, and servicing. Eventually I've settled on a Haibike Alltrack 6.5 and am absolutely over the moon, the bike is a game changer! I will definitely be doing more business here in the future, well looked after and cared for, and the staff are very knowledgeable.

We're on holiday in Northern Ireland from the Isle of Man. This morning, my wife's e-bike displayed a W011 error, which disables the bike's motor assistance. We're camping at Tollymore Forest Park, and this issue was hardly ideal given the terrain around the Mourne mountains.
I called Hanna Cycles, and Gavin talked us through a possible fix. The realignment of the rear wheel magnet with the speed sensor. With over-the-phone help, we fixed the problem!
Panic over and many, many thanks to Gavin @ Hanna Cycles for the time and superb service. Highly recommended.

Great people, gr8 business. We bought a berg john degree style kart, fantastic quality and a better service. We placed the order online late the night before, and added the option to have it built. We arrived early during the building of the kart. The team put all hands on the job and had us sorted shortly after. I would recommend with no hesitation

Really impressed with the service I received, personal and professional approach to all my queries. I got my road bike serviced as well as a fee other things through cycle to work. Gavin answering all my questions and provided a cardboard bike box to transport bike for mizen to malin trip. Pleased to say the bike performed with no issues following the service.
