Used these guys for the first time last week to have a DSG gearbox and a Haldex service on my Golf R. Both Stephen and his colleague were friendly and approachable. They have the knowledge and you know you are not dealing with ?Cowboys?. Enquiry made in Thursday, car taken in on Friday morning and ready by lunchtime. Picked the car up and it had seat covered, flooring mat, steering wheel and gear leaver covers.. A very professional approach. Being picky i asked for a photo of the Haldex gauze filter to be taken when it was being cleaned, before i even finished my sentence the boys were telling me they do that as part of their service anyway and named the premium oils i was hoping for.. cannot be faulted and will 100% be back for any work i need on any of my vehicles.. My new local independent, trustworthy garage!! Thanks guys!!

Phoned Jackson's as the clutch needed replacing on my car. The guys couldnt have done a better job, from getting me booked in as soon as they could, to fixing the car in a day and reasonably priced. Highly recommend as very reliable.

Imagine breaking down in Lisburn on the 11th July and you find hero?s in the shape of Jackson Auto Repair! I rang them just after 9am and they helped me organise a car transporter to get to the garage, and had the issue fixed and back on the road that afternoon. I couldn?t be more appreciative.
