Really great hotel offering modern, immaculate rooms in a great location at a sensible price. Nice modern bar area serving good food at reasonable prices. Staff were spot on too! Highly recommended!Rooms: Big, immaculately clean and modern. Big TVs, coffee machine and all you need for a stay

In the bar at the Haslem. Ordered a drink for 7 people. After 30 minutes went to the bar . Spoke to the manager. 10 minutes later still waiting. Why ? Such a nice place spoiled by bad service

I have stayed at the Haslem in July for the last two years and hope to be back this year along with some friends we always found the service first class and when we go back to Scotland we can't wait to come

Myself, my partner and our 1 and 4 year old stayed here for 1 night. We stayed in the quad room and was so spacious and modern. The beds were so comfy and the hotel was lovely and quiet. We had our room overlooking the square. We had dinner and breakfast and both was lovely and they catered for the baby no problem Really child friendly. Would definitely recommend this. We went to w5 and was only 25min drive from there. Really loved how modern it is. Really recommend for families.

Had booked a table for 10 for New year's day, this was a special family occasion as we had family arriving from Kerry and we were looking forward to a nice evening with good food but instead we got the complete opposite.Firstly it was a limited menu which in itself was not a problem but to then be told that the food we wanted was unavailable was the beginning of a downward spiral, some of our party ordered wine, we were then informed it wasn't available either, at this point a manager was called and he showed little interest, he was shown a dirty glass, barely acknowledged it and the glass was never replaced. When the food came it was abysmal without doubt one of the worst meals I have ever been presented with, by way of compensation were offered free dessert but given the quality of the food no one wanted it, the drinks and kids desserts were removed from the bill but this in no way compensated for an evening that was ruined by poorservice, awful food and a manager who just didn't care, in conclusion, me or any of our party will ever be back and all I can say to anyone else considering this establishment is avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Wasted potential ! Lisburn is crying out for places to eat and drink .it?s a pity the one with potential is so poorly managed . Couldn?t get a table in the restaurant but we?re told we could eat in the bar so arranged to meet friends in the bar for a few drinks .Challenge number one was geting a drink . 25 minutes waiting at the bar for a single pint ! Lots of people walking around looking important but not interested in serving the customers . I watched a young taking 5 minutes to open a bottle of wine while The customer give him directions on how to use a cork screw .( This was a theme for the evening and every single person I met on the night said the exact same thing ? can?t get a drink ? ) we asked for a menu to Order food at about 6:30 . GotThe menus and placed an order .several minutes later the waitress returned to tell us ? for operational reasons they were not serving food in the bar any longer ? when we questioned this they said the restaurant was busy (which I assume they knew in advance given it was fully booked ) So they lost the revenue on 6 meals and once we left we went elsewhere and drank for the rest of the evening . . I think they need to remember the fundamentals of running a business .if we don?t spend money you won?t exist . So disappointing

Stayed here for a night whilst working in the area. Great bar and restaurant food, friendly staff, awesome breakfast. It's also really convenient - there is parking right underneath the hotel (shared with the shopping area) with a lift directly to reception and rooms, really handy when it's cold and wet and dark!

Lovely meal last night but not worth the money I had linguine with crab and prawns- about 7 tiny prawns and crab not even evident. We did ask if they had run out but they said that the 6g of prawns crab is what you get. Very tasty but for 27.50 I would have liked to have had a bit more than a bowl of pasta . Waitress was lovely and dealt with it well but definitely wouldn?t be back for such an expensive meal in the centre of Lisburn.

Just a very enjoyable stay and meal in the Haslem. The new menu and restaurant changes are a fantastic addition to the area. The rooms were lovely, very clean and super comfy beds. The atmosphere in the bar area was such a chilled & relaxed vibe - loved it.10/10 for everything! Food was amazing! Staff super friendly.Well done team Haslem, definitely will be back.

Food was awful!!! Crab linguine had NO crab. Complained to the manager and he said that's the way it comes, with no apologies whatsoever. It was like take it or leave it. Was attending a friends 50th birthday dinner and spent lots of money. None of the party will ever be back.

Charging £26 for a beef shin ragù pappardelle is scandalous.Portion size was reasonable. The chef must know how to utilise his pasta water to add more life to the ragù. The sauce and the pasta didn?t want to know each other
