Wife ordered a clover chain for the baby dummy. Used this company as wife wanted that specific design. Product labelled clover chain.
Small print at the bottom says product may "vary slightly".
They sent a completely different product.
I know it's not a big deal but could have gotten the product elsewhere for way cheaper and less postage but she wanted the specific design
They say we can return it for a refund but we've already paid for postage once and will end up spending loads to return it.
Even though its only a small thing I wonder is it reflective of the company as a whole.

I went in with my twin toddlers and they where very unsettled in the pram. An amazing staff member took the twins and pushed them around the shop to keep them quiet while another staff member helped me with what face products where the best for my skin. Honestly made the visit to the chemist less stressful and allowed me to get what I needed. Definitely will return as they where so helpful. Thanks girls ?

Refused anbesol by this chemist for my baby that is 5 months next week. I was advised by my health visitor to get it, as my baby has been very unsettled and crying. Literally came out of the shop crying my eyes out as if having a young baby isn't hard enough you are refusing me products to help my baby. I could go in to boots and say he's 5 months now, wouldn't make a difference. I certainly won't be back.

Well I was there at.08.58am, i know that door opens at 9am, staffs were already in the shop, i tried to open the door, it was closed and they noticed me. Signalled something like coming shortly..ok I was waiting there in cold and windy climate with my 6months old baby..outside the pharmacy..time passed and no one opened the door. And later some other man came and knocked door again and they opened..

I know this shop well and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They work quickly as they are usually busy but they're on top of that. Also I'm a clean opiate addict and one lady in particular has been super nice and always asks how I'm doing. Especially since my mother died last year. So I might sound biased, I'm not. It's a great wee shop. The reason I gave 4 * is because nothing is perfect but it's close ? ??

The worst staff ever,they re so unhelpful,they never find my prescription and you have to wait till they finish to laugh an talk between them ,almost being rude with customers,the way they look and talk it like u never want to go back there,I don't recomand them all team is so unprofessional

Good location, free parking, wide range of products. Unfortunately the staff is not to pleasent to deal with. Grumpy faces and gloomy expressions dominate here. Many times experienced the staff would be avoiding the eye contact to not acknowledge your presence. Sometimes they would look busy to delay jumping behind the counter to serve you. Also remember if you there to get a passport photo taken make sure to tell the staff if you are applying online or in physical copy as they will not notify you of your options. Afterwards you will not get a refund cause the staff prefers to be right rather than to provide courteous service. Can't say I will not be back cause it's the closest pharmacy to my location and the missus gets her prescriptions delivered here. Disappointing but necessary sums it up I suppose.

Wrong prices on items, wrong POS on items. Manager has a strange view on how queues work opting shout ?who is next? rather than go and serve who is next. Poor service and badly organised.
