“Had a little trip to Dobbies today. It’s a lovely store lots to see and do. How ever we had a very embarrassing situation in the soft play area. As we were finishing our meal in we were asked to leave four times, as our “time was up” we had to leave our half eaten meal as it was too awkward to finish. It wasn’t cheap either. I was approached by another customer in the bathroom who witnessed our quick exit, she began to tell me how she had the same unyielding and abrupt treatment. I felt sorry for her as she had two kids with her, who obviously loved the place.”
