“Returned an item on the 7th November. Quiz stating they didn't receive it until the 20th. Refund not going to be processed until the 4th December. Totally inflexible approach to Customer Service. Every message is replied to with a scripted answer!! When you place an order they charge and deliver very quickly. I don't understand why the refund process isn't as efficient! I am very reluctant to use this company in the future.”

“Always love this place. Clothes are great and staff always know whether to ask you for help or let you have a look for yourself. Also, I think the staff create a great microclimate by greeting you with a smile and talking to their fellow staff, making the shop appear lively and inviting. Great store, always satisfied.”
