I asked for help with finding several items and whilst the staff as usual was helpful the Manager was appalling ! Complete lack of manners and interest . Sat at the front of the shop on a chair and did not want to engage at all ! Just dismissed me saying the items were all sold ! When a staff member then approached me minutes later with the items the manager just said if I don?t like his attitude shop elsewhere ! Arrogant I?ll mannered lazy man that clearly does not want to be there and most certainly does not want to engage or help customers who he needs to remember pays his wages ! 2/5/25

Unmanned tills now with the expectation to use self service. I put the shopping down and drove to the Longstone Spar where they still employ people at the counter. If I wanted to serve myself I would order my shopping off Amazon for less. Don't support shops where the owners are too greedy to pay till attendants.

Was just saved by the lady at the till, I said off the cuff that I couldn't get onto the A1 while paying for diesel and she gave me directions on how to get on while the construction work had the slip roads at Spruce field closed off. Thank you so much!!!!

Called in today 19th March to the deli counter. I asked for a sausage bap and the lady (a foreign lady) took one ready made up from the hot counter and threw it down at till, I asked if I could please have a fresh one made up. She said with a nasty look they are fresh!! So I processed to get a sausage and chip also. No please are thank you. Didn't ask if I would like the bap buttered or not! So rude!! No customer service at all! When I got to car I opened my bap at £2.95 to feel the bap as hard as the road and sweating from the paper it was wrapped in. Clearly not fresh. So I took it back in and a lovely fella who was on clearly could see it not fresh and apologised and made me a fresh one. The lady would need to learn a few manners and only for the customers she would not have a job. Customer service goes a long way .....never will be back in that shop!!! Disgusting service.

Very poor experience tonight at this shop, overcharged, not given the right change, rude, cheeky and uninterested staff member . Is this what the public can expect from this Eurospar? Staff training needs to be updated in customer care.

Gave up on the self check out, as it wasn't easy to use. Staff could have been a bit more friendly, though it was quite late in the evening, so it had probably been a long day.

Good selection of things for a small supermarket but extremely overpriced to the point where you can't justify buying. Even for gas station standards I couldn't believe how expensive everything was.

went to the deli for lunch, was charged £4.25 for a spoonful of stew which tasted like rubber meat that was microwaved. Very disappointed
