Truely dreadful. I?m a retail store manager and watched as the manager of this store closed his doors, shutters down, music off, full close down routine at 7:15? (not exaggerating) we then approached a member of staff as we where very unwelcome 45mins before closing time. Who asked her manager who shook his head, flailed his arms and told us to go wait in the tv section. We did to then be approached by the greeter and told we wouldn?t be getting served at 20 minutes to closing time? on the way out, the manager was sat at a desk in the middle of the floor not serving a soul. Genuinely will not be back near such a place. So I write this outside Argos where I will spend my £500 instead.

The worst place ever, I dont feel like it deserves one star even, I have been to a number of other stores but the lisburn one is the worst. There was i mean so much staff male and female but they dont want to help, they just stay in an area gathered there as a group and talk and when u ask for help, they make this face that they dont want to help, we are paying money to buy currys products and currys employees make us feel bad..omg, what sort of training and work culture are they being taught, to ignore customers, this really needs looked after, it wasn't just me, I was there on a Saturday and there was load of people looking for help just standing there but plenty of staff hiding and chatting away in a group but won't even come over to ask if customers need help, I think currys managers need training to learn from apples team, u need customers to survive currys, so please please work on it.

Very, very poor customer service. Bought a mini freezer, got it home, when unpacked big dent on the top. Had to drive back to the store, customer service was nil. No apology for the damaged item. No concern for my time wasted. 4 hours of my day gone travelling to deliver back to them their dsmaged goods. Staff did not care. Some walking about with nothing to do. No approach to the customer just matter of fact, careless attitude. Little to no knowledge of the product they are selling. No help to the car. Just a miserable experience.

The worst customer experience I've ever had.
I went in to buy a television - knew the exact one I wanted and was expecting to be in and out in 10mins. It took the guy at least half an hour to process the transaction as he didn't know how to work the computer system and had to go and ask for help 3 times. All the while, I was browbeat and bullied into accepting a subscription to an insurance policy that I didn't want.
I expressly told the guy 'no I don't want it', but he just added it on anyway, telling me that I could just 'cancel it later'. I should have walked out, but I just wanted my tv and it was right there, so I just nodded out of sheer desperation to get this over with.
I had to spell my name repeatedly, and he still got it wrong on the documentation. He refused to correct it because 'it's already printed' and told me to just quote the incorrect name on the policy when I want to cancel it.
Left the store aggravated, anxious and embarrassed. Won't go back to this store again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

Awful service standing waiting to buy a hoover for 25 mins no one came near us got told when we went in to wait as their was a que, staff where standing about didnt even check to see if we needed anything wouldnt shop in the lisburn currys again in my life avoid at all costs
