Can I please advise NEVER to buy a phone from Carphone Warehouse. They will not follow up on any warranty issues and leave this totally up to yourself. When I asked them to inquiry for me they said it was a matter for me to resolve prior to hanging up gave me a number to ring. When I ran this number and waited for 10 minutes to get speaking to somebody the line went dead. I believe the phone was faulty before I got it and now I am left with the option either to buy an new phone of fix the old one at two thirds the cost.
Please be advised of my experience as I will not approach Carphone Warehouse again and would not like anybody else to have the same issues.
