Over all great experience for a first time buyer. No question was a stupid question and I was kept up to date by the agents during the process which was very reassuring as I didn?t know the ins and outs. Thank you to the lovely guys at Campbell & Co ??

I dont like to leave bad reviews on a company but on this occasion i have been left with no choice. I went a viewed a property and i had even put my application in before viewing, it was perfect for me and my kids, i got at email at 2,45pm on wed the 28th to inform me that the landlord was happy to proceed, i replied straight away to say i was over the moon and happy to accept. I sent the deposit today 2 days later to be informed they had give it to someone else as they had not heard from me, yet i had confirmed i would take the property, i sold my furniture because this property was furnished, and just for the record this property was not ready to be moved into until the 22nd of july so it was not like it needed to be rushed. Because of this company i have been left in a very sticky place. In the big window of 2 days from i accepted this property i never heard anything from them not one email or call to ask was i still taking this property but instead the greed for commission over took the professionalism. disgrace. In response to the reply below i did accept it my reply was thats great news do i move in the 22nd of july, you made no efforts what so ever to contact me you just give it to the next person. I did accept the property you where just not satisfied that i had not put the deposit in quick enough for you, and instead of contacting me you just handed to the next person. And yes i understand the demand for property trust me your not the one on the homeless list.Campbell & Co. BelfastHi Dwain, The landlord is happy to proceed. Friendly and responsive.My family have been renting with Campbell and Co Lisburn and have no complaints. We have had a couple of emergencies (e.g. boiler not working) and they have been quick to respond (even on the weekend). Scott and Tiffany are very helpful and friendly.
