Practice obviously don?t want to take NHS Patients but they?ll tell you that they will.I asked the dentist to do out a plan for me which he said he would and they would let me know the dates in due course.Never heard back from them.You can bet that if I was a private patient they?d have bent over backwards.UPDATE: Spoke with the practice manager who has resolved the issue.My review was not on the standard of dental care provided, more on the follow up with patients.

The worst dental clinic ever. The reception staff is very disrespectful. The appointment may take you four months, and the affected teeth have been severely damaged. My family and I have been canceled several times, of course I do not recommend

Was in today on Friday 3rd February.Great timely service.Didn?t have to wait very long to be seen.Kevin did a great job and even give me brush?s for flossing.Lady at the desk was also polite and friendly.

Have been trying to get kids in to see a dentist since July, today was cancelled for the 4th time in a row. Receptionist very rudely said I should 'take it up with the dentist' as its not her fault.

Horrible girl on reception. Rude and shouting down phone. Never get through on phone always have to leave a message. No help with pain as a result from dentist. Going to change dentist.

From bupa dental has took over from oasis in Lisburn the place has fallen apart twice my appointment was cancelled without any explanation?s and in one of those occasions it was done by text message which I find disgraceful and trying to get them to answer their phones now has become a chore in itself I will be taking my business elsewhere and would highly recommend everyone is Lisburn do the same

Excellent service from the team at Bupa Dental. Appointments given in a timely manner when in a lot of pain! All receptionists I dealt with both in-person and on the phone were very friendly and understanding.Excellent care given by Peter.Only changed to this dentist last year and so glad I did!Would highly recommend
