In a good location with a food court and coffee shops but it's half empty and needs more retailers. Also cheaper parking would probably bring in more trade.

Didn't seem very clean, even though there was plenty of staff! But I suppose they were busy on their phones. The toilet had no hand wash or sanitary products!?! Was a little scared to touch anything incase I brought something home.

Parts of the mall are like a ghost town sad to see the decline of a once vibrant shopping area.

Used to go here all the time when I was younger and loved it. Recently its gone so far down hill, there's only one place left in the food hall half of the lots are empty, we now completely avoid this place when we can because there not much there and is a very depressing scene. I can see why new business will not open due to the massive rental costs this place has so much potential.

It's a shame that there are a lot of empty shop units nowadays ? the centre is a brilliant size and has a selection of shops to browse, but there's no longer much of a food court left, only being Burger King up there.. but saying that, there's plenty of lovely eateries convenient to the centre itself ?

I went here for the first time in 2 years. I noticed that it had a lot of empty units. There are still good shops to use I:e Primark,Dunnes to name a few.

Not many shops and defo no choice in the food court. Its burger King or nothing. The lady who served me in the Belleek store was so nice and welcoming I couldn't have left without making a purchase.

Very disappointing. Few shops actually still there. Food court is abysmal. Kfc only place left. Yet all others still on signs. Would not return

This Mall has not really picked up since the Covid pandemic broke out. If Primark wasn't there I think things would be worse. Dunnes is a well laid out store.

What can I say about Bow Street Mall.. Well it used to be the hub in Lisburn back in 2010 but overtime it just became a ghost building. All the big names that brought customers in started leaving due to the rates, newer stores would struggle to last more than 2 years, the car park is 3 stores I believe but always empty because the prices are too high. If they lower the rates it might bring business back to Lisburn but that'll never happen

It's really poor compared to my last visit which to be fair was over ten years ago. Back then the mall was very busy and the food court was queued out but neither of those are true for today. Burger King is the only unit in the food court, it's so depressing and dull and the same goes for the mall. I will never set out to go to Bow Street Mall again as my past memories are much better than what is there today. I couldn't find any free parking for the mall but there is a few paid parking places around.

Nice warm area. Food shops to eat in, brand name shops. Large area to walk in. Some shops have closed down but still plenty to see.

Too many empty stores. This shopping mall sucked the life out of Lisburn's high street (IMHO) and, now, is itself dying as the lager stores have disappeared over the years. On the brighter side, you can stay dry if the weather is wet !

The car parking beside the mall isn't to expensive. The mall itself if half empty it used to gave a great selection of stores. However, as time as gone on it's becoming a bit down-at-heel and low rent.
