Called into Boots in Sprucefield Lisburn on advice on buying dairy free infant milk. My grandson had been crying, screaming, being sick after every feed and just a very sick baby. His mummy had a diary allergy at the same age so I was certain this was the case with him. Gp and health visitor were useless and just didn't want to knowing saying reflux, lactose intolerant, thicken his feeds up, even putting him on omeprazole. We decided enough was enough and were changing his milk. I got speaking to a lovely lady called Leigha. She listened to my concerns and advised which milk to try him on. Unfortunately they didn't have any left but I was able to go to another chemist in the town and get the milk she advised. Within a day we had a different baby. The crying, screaming, being sick has stopped! He is a different baby, even his wee face is different and he is now clearly without pain. I can't thank Leigha enough. She saved us that day as we just didn't know where to turn. She said to me on leaving, 'all the very best and let me know if it helps'. She didn't have to say that, but she did, she cared. She was the only one who listened and steered me in the right direction. We honestly can't thank her enough, she's amazing! Thank you Leigha, we have a very happy, content wee babby because of you!!!!

It?s a good store, plenty of choice but when I went to the counter to pay and use my one 4 all voucher the staff member tried to tell me that you couldn?t use it in store? And another girl had tried earlier and she told her the same.
This is wrong information, I?ve used one of these vouchers in store before and there is nothing on the website to say that you cannot use it in store. I think, more than likely, she could not be bothered to work out how to help customers use this voucher in store? so I was disappointed in the service I received today.

Asked to speak to the pharmacist. Waited 20+ minutes as they were busy only to be told they couldn?t help as I?m immunocompromised, which is obviously completely fine, but had the phone been answered any of the three times I phoned before travelling there, it would have saved me the journey and waiting in the shop when I wasn?t well.

Buying some over the counter medicine and was quizzed by an employee named Brian. He made me feel like I was buying some illegal drugs very off putting. I was totally embarrassed and uncomfortable.

i would like to commend Hannah & Nina in the Boots store at Sprucefield 5th December. They went over & beyond to help me on my last visit. Their help and advice was very much appreciated by me & my sister.

A huge thank you to Conor
for allowing me into the place as the very last customers were coming out. I'd literally flown along the Hillhall Rd from Belfast with an urgent prescription for my Mum. Another huge thank you to Claire & Hannah for sorting the prescription for me. Antibiotics start working quickly for my Mummy and without these she'd have had a terrible night. Many thanks!! ?

Went here to get my Covid vaccination. The pharmacist was very friendly and informative, putting me at ease after I told her I hated needles! She was very professional and really helped me relax. Would definitely recommend and want to say thanks for your patience and bearing with me!

Very good Boots store with lots of choice. Long opening hours are useful, normally open until late in the evening.

Poor. Item shows in stock online for past 24 hours. You arrive to the shop to be told it's nowhere to be found. Yet website still shows in stock. Bad

Went into the store, tried to find a member of staff for assistance on aHarry Potter perfume set, wondered if they price matched semi-chem but left, on way out some 4ft oopa loompa kid (name badge says Dexter) dressed up like a security guard cut out in front of us and walked down to the front as we walked out only because we wore hoodies (it's cold). Disappointing service.

Went in on sunday to Clarins counter , was quite disappointed as was told there is no one working on the counter for the day , came back on monday the team member was absolutely lovely, she immediately approached me and offered to help, she listened to my needs and gave me samples . I am at ease now and will be buying even more Clarins products than originally planned .

Staff very helpful and friendly.Great choice and variety of products..all brands available..one could spend hours testing all the new products.Christmas wrapped gifs..for all the family..Spacious car park...and adjacent to main roads..Easy excess..Happy Shopping everyone..

Unfortunately there is never sales assistance on the floor ! As for the pharmacy any amount of them but certainly doesn't cut down on the never waiting time ! On a positive note Boots point system is good .
