I visited Boots Optician Lisburn, 40 Bow street twice, the staff is very friendly and polite in communication. My mother after a stroke, in addition to vision problems, complications with understanding and speech , emotion disorders. The specialist and the staff treated this with understanding and professionalism, we received a modern thorough diagnostics, assessment, prescription, I am satisfied with the quantity .quality of the range of frames and the price .Sincere thanks for the fast process of services provided.

All the staff are soo lovely. There is no fault. I had the delight of being served by Cheryl and Chris who both took their time to explain contact lenses to me as I am a first time user of them. Chris was extremely helpful in teaching me how to put them in and he took his time with me (which was a long time). I had been in before with my granda and Leigh-Anne and Rachel ( I can?t remember her name but she has blonde hair). Both of the girls were soo friendly and kind to my grandparents and made the whole experience (which was a long experience) much better and more relaxed. I had originally booked my contact lens appointment with Forestside but after the first experience with the Lisburn one I decided to change. I will definately be coming back here. Cannot recommend it enough

Made an appointment for an eye test by ringing their website number, I was on the phone for some time while they asked for all sorts of personal details. When I arrived, I found out that someone else was given an appointment for the same time. I was told to wait. I know that appointments can take up to an hour and refused to wait.They did not give a reason for this double booking nor did they make an apology. What is the point of having a booking system if it does not work and what a waste of my time.
