Recent experience in Bathshack Lisburn was excellent, Chantelle was very efficient in sourcing all the equipment I was going to need for fitting a new corner shower unit. The process of changing part of the order was quickly adapted without any drama.
I would highly recommend you search out Chantelle or David if your in the Lisburn Branch

We order shower doors in Nov. they didnt arrive to February which isnt to bad due to Christmas. However when they arrived they where just too small. Needed next size up. We exchanged, wait until April for delivery, but they only exchanged 1 panel and not the door. We then had to reorder the door. Its the 1st May and the door has arrived way too big. Talking 200mm bigger than ordered. After emails confirming the correct size. I have no idea how long it will be until we can final use our ensuite. Very very unhappy with the service. And no idea when we will recieve the shower door we need

Bad experience over the purchase of a comfort open back toilet , the cistern and seat arrived no pan. New pan wrong style arrived,still needed open back. No satisfaction on phone call hence the 1star review. Received call and message from Natasha and everything resolved. Now I have no problem awarding a 5 star review. Many thanks.
