Excellent service! I took my Xbox Series X in for a fan cleaning and thermal paste reapplication. They only charged me £50, and now the Xbox is as quiet as ever. It?s not their fault, but I had to reset my games?I think that?s just an Xbox repair thing rather than an issue with save point.
The shop has a handy location, and the Main Street offers free one-hour parking. Alternatively, you can park near Argos and walk.

Contacted savepoint on wednesday night about some Xbox analog sticks replied within 24hrs, made my purchase on Thursday and they arrived on Saturday very happy with the customer service and delivery speed.

These guys are fantastic. Fixed my Elite 2 Controller that CEX wouldn't, and for a better price! they got work done quick and the shipping was fast. Controller came back good as new. 10/10.

I used their online service (the user interface is very intuitive) to have my PS5 pad buttons fixed for not responding. Spoke to their customer service team using messenger, the responses were direct, HONEST and professional. They had it back with Royal Mail within 24 hours of receiving it. As a brucey bonus, the pad had been cleaned. The price point was amazingly affordable. If anything goes wrong with any of my other consoles or PC's I know where I'll be shipping my devices to and I would highly recommend you do the same.

Great console repair service.After getting the dreaded (and hereforto unknown) Error 2101-0001 message on my daughter's Switch Lite, I luckily came across the Save Point. The process to get the repair sorted was super simple, very well priced, and it was all done within a week. My daughter got her Animal Crossing island back in one piece (TIL that your island is automatically backed up), and the Switch is as good as new.

Asked for help repairing my 3DS(A top screen repair which is already super difficult and complex, especially since nobody really provides that service anymore), and they were beyond helpful and caring, even going so far as to make sure I had the right shipping options since I don't live in the UK. My device is back and looking better than ever, and I can't thank them enough!

Sent 2 Dualsense controllers with analogue drift for repair. £49.99 for the pair including postage. Came back both like new after 6 days. 2 fully working controllers for £15 less than the price of one new one. Highly reccomended
