Never had much problems with Domino's Larne
I just find the pizza was very salty but it was still nice. Just lessen the salt a little
Delivery drivers are always friendly.
Tonight's order was extremely fast.

Customer service absolutely rubbish when I called they said the driver tried to contact me but this is not happening talking liar and said if I was my pizza I need to come to store to collect it ??? I asked for full refund

We phoned the larne store to enquire about any offers and make an order to collect, none of the offers we were told about suited, so we just ordered what we wanted and went to collect 20 mins later as instructed, only to find if collecting an order we were entitled to buy one get one free, when we asked the staff about this, we were told " its too late now, your orders done, cant get it now" fair enough, except we specifically asked about offers and were not told about this one, even though we specified we would be collecting.

I did leave a one star negative review for the Larne store after a bad experience a while back but I'm a great believer in a second chance....the last two orders are of the standard and service I'd expect so I'm happy to have deleted that and replaced it with this one....let's hope it continues.

Enjoy the food but to be told a 15 minute wait in store was gonna end up taking the guts of 50 minutes - no thanks.

I ordered on the app, I paid online and got no comforation email but money taken from my account.
I rang the store and was told it was not them at fault,
so rang their customer services and waited an hour for a refund.

I have ordered from this store numerous times and most of the time the staff get the order wrong. I rarely get the correct ingredients on my pizza for what I have ordered. Ingredients are missed out. Staff are very unhelpful and unwilling to resolve.

The guy that works there, Keith, is super efficient, when he was there on his own on several occasions that I've seen (likely way more, as I don't get Domino's every night), he aced it and no order was more than 15 minutes. This dude is the OG! Domino's, promote this guy or make him a manager. He's the type of guy that if he was missing, everything would fall apart.

Pizza ordered at 21.33 still no delivery at 22.40 phoned back to be told order had been put through as pick up by mistake. Asked about free pizza as order was for than 30 mins. Was told no . Asked for refund was told had to speak to manager. Finally got manager and had to ask for refund was told hopefully refund should go in after the weekend. Shall never use domino's pizza again. Terrible service.

Collected my pizzas on Saturday night one pizza was good second was horrible emailed dominos with photos they where not helpful at all stay away the food is not consistent at all
